The goal of the challenge is not to miss every day 10,000 Steps , but walk. Walk more often than before. Walk on normal days instead of driving. Walk for rest of body and soul , walk for joy and health . To walk for yourself and for others. Go for a better city and relationships with friends. In short, to revive what we may have forgotten.
